It is unclear how the interaction will appear to the author of the post and SpAndroidIt’s currently impossible to try this as the app crashes completely when you like a post. The site points out that it is possible for likes to take the form of a standard emoji and perhaps even be sent as a message.
In any case, adding more ways to interact with Status can make the function more attractive to users. The tool is generally very similar to Instagram Stories, but offers the ease of being found in the messaging application most used by Brazilians.
