The government announced an increase in the limit on IT mortgages by 200 billion rubles. The limit of this program will be 700 billion rubles, according to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, TASS reports.
Increasing the limit of computerized mortgages will allow the program to be expanded to at least 15 thousand people. Currently, more than 50 thousand IT specialists have already benefited from the state program.
Today, VTB Bank announced the resumption of the issuance of IT mortgages from April 8. The rate will be 5% for the entire period with an initial payment of 20.1%. For regions with a population of more than one million inhabitants, the mortgage limit is 30 million rubles, for other regions – 15 million rubles.
