The Chinese version of Vivo iQOO 12 comes with a 120W charger, an instant protective film is applied to the case, cable and screen. The smartphone itself has 12/256 GB configurations.
OnePlus 12 has a global version and only the cable comes out of the box. There is also a movie on the screen.
OnePlus has a curved display while Vivo has a flat display. Additionally, while the fingerprint scanner is located in a more convenient place on the OnePlus screen, it is located very low on the Vivo iQOO.
The case material on the back of both cases is glass, while the frames are made of aluminum. The screen refresh rate for iQOO is 144 Hz and for OnePlus it is 120 Hz. The maximum brightness is slightly higher for OnePlus: 4500 nits and 3000 nits.
The processors of smartphones are the same. In both cases there is the high-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. In AnTuTu, Vivo scored slightly more (more than 2 million), but it got hotter and consumed more battery. You can learn more about the smartphone test results by looking at the images below.

In terms of cameras, smartphones are very similar to each other. Both can record 8K video on the main module. However, while OnePlus can shoot 4K 30 fps video with the front camera, Vivo can only shoot Full HD 30 fps video. OnePlus also has a wider viewing angle for the selfie camera. Both devices have a 50 MP main camera with optical stabilization, 65 MP periscope with 3x zoom, 50 MP wide (Vivo) and 48 MP (OnePlus). Photo examples are above.
Vivo’s battery capacity is 5000 mAh, for OnePlus – 5400 mAh. Additionally, the latter has wireless charging support. The OnePlus takes a little longer to charge, but it also lasts 10-15% longer than the Vivo iQOO.
Since Vivo iQOO 12 is not officially sold in Russia, it will be difficult to find any accessories for it or sell it later. In this regard, it is easier with the OnePlus 12, especially the global version.
