The Tagansky Court in Moscow imposed fines worth 1 million rubles on the services Twitch and Pinterest. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.

Both companies were fined under Part 2 of Article 13.50 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, that is, for “failure to fulfill obligations on the part of the owner of the social network.”

A Russian court has fined Twitch and Pinterest several times. For example, Twitch was fined 3 million rubles for failing to remove content banned in Russia, Pinterest was fined 12 million rubles for refusing to localize Russian user data.
