This Wednesday (17) Samsung announced the launch of the Galaxy Book 4 laptop series in Brazil. Galaxy Book 4, Galaxy Book 4 Ultra, Galaxy Book 4 Pro and Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 — In fact, this is the first time the Pro model has been launched in the country.
A big difference in portable computers is the presence of processors from the Intel Core Ultra series, which are included in the most powerful models with the Evo seal (certifying the quality of parts). The chips, launched last year, feature the Intel 4 process (7nm) accelerated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and neural processing units (NPU).

The “simplest” device of the series comes with a 15.6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS screen and a refresh rate of up to 60 Hz.
The portable computer comes to Brazilian territory in versions with an Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processor and an MX570 video card from Nvidia or Intel Graphics. When it comes to memory, the Galaxy Book 4 comes with up to 16GB RAM (LPDDR4X) and a maximum 1TB SSD.
Galaxy Book 4 Ultra
Galaxy Book 4 Ultra comes with a 16-inch AMOLED display, WQXGA+ (2880×1800), offering up to 400 nits of brightness and 48 to 120 Hz VRR (variable refresh rate).
Customers can opt for the version with Intel Core Ultra 9 or Intel Core Ultra 7 processors. GPUs can be GeForce RTX 4070 (with 8 GB GDDR6) or GeForce RTX 4050 (with 6 GB GDDR6).
The device features up to 32GB RAM memory (LPDDR5X), up to 1TB SSD (PCle) storage (with expansion slot), and NPU AI Engine.
The machine also has Wi-Fi 6E, 802.11 ax 2 × 2, Bluetooth 5.3, two Thunderbolt 4 inputs, USB type A, HDMI 2.1, Micro SD, headphone and microphone connections. The webcam has Full HD resolution (1080p), the battery is 76 Wh and the charger is USB-C type 140 W.
Galaxy Book 4 Pro
Galaxy Book 4 Pro comes to Brazil with a size of 14 inches, a screen sensitive to 16:10 AMOLED technology, WQXGA + resolution (2880×1800), brightness up to 400 nits and VRR. 48 to 120 Hz.
The processor of this model is Intel Core Ultra 7, the GPU is Intel Arc and it also has NPU AI Engine. In the national region, this model will only be sold in the version with up to 16 GB RAM (LPDDR5X) and up to 1 TB SSD storage.
Galaxy Book 4 Pro has a 63 Wh battery, two Thunderbolt 4, USB-A, HDMI 2.1 (supports 8K@60, 5K@120), Micro SD, and headphone and microphone jacks.
Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360
The “feature” of the Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 is that its screen can be rotated. The idea is that the product can be used as both a portable computer and a tablet; This creates greater appeal for those who value portability and productivity.
Talking about the technical features, the device comes with a 15.6 inch Full HD (1080p) Super AMOLED touch screen, 400 nits brightness and a refresh rate of up to 60 Hz.
