Marketplace has updated its offer for sellers, in which it has significantly reduced the amount of the fine for the seller’s use of the results of someone else’s intellectual activity without the consent of the copyright holder. Now the amount of the fine is 10 thousand rubles, compared to the previous 25 thousand rubles, it appears from the offer.
RB.RU contacted the Wildberries press service for an explanation of this decision, but at the time of publication did not receive a response.
Wildberries also separated the DBW (marketplace courier) sales model into a separate category and reduced the commission for working on it by 3%. Previously this sales model was covered by the commission of the “Marketplace” model, now it is covered by the “Showcase” model.
Previously, the FAS found many violations of antitrust legislation in Wildberries’ offer. In particular, it contains conditions that appear to impose unfavorable conditions of cooperation on sellers.
