To use the service, just follow the link, upload a photo and save its updated version.
The finished result can be sent to friends and family, published on social networks or added to the archive. Mail.ru does not limit the number of photos processed and users have access to all functions of the neural network.
The artificial intelligence was trained based on images and videos from open sources. The development uses Cloud Vision computer vision technology.
“Our model was trained on thousands of real photos and videos to restore all elements of the image and give it a more modern look,” reported Mail.ru. “We are confident that this will help people take a fresh look at images that are dear to them and not just commit them to memory.”
