Contrada Capital LLC acquired a stake in online insurance service Pampadu. This follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, to which RB.RU drew attention. The companies did not respond to the publication’s request at the time of publication.

Pampadu is an online platform that brings together agents, companies and webmasters for affiliate sales of banking and insurance products.
LLC “Contrada Capital” is a management company registered in Moscow. The main activity is the management of investment funds, mutual funds and non-state pension funds.
According to the Kontur.Focus system, as of April 18, 51% of Insurance Partners LLC (Pampadu legal entity) belongs to Contrada Capital LLC, 43.49% belongs to the founder and general director of the service, Sergei Loktev, 2, 76% to Andrey Kalashnikov and Alexey Malikov. Insurance Partners LLC’s revenue at the end of 2023 amounted to 588.4 million rubles, net profit – 71.7 million rubles.
- In February 2024, Pampadu bought out a foreign investor and consolidated 100% of the business in Russian jurisdiction. Previously, 42% of the company belonged to a German investment fund. The initial investment from the foreign partner was estimated at $400 thousand (Admitad Projects was reported to have invested in Pampada in December 2020).
- The purchase of the foreign investor’s stake was completed by the end of 2023 after the transaction was approved by the government commission of the Ministry of Digital Development and a subcommittee of the Ministry of Finance. The transaction was carried out with Sergei Loktev’s own funds.
