A minority participant in the legal service Destra Legal, Alexey Perelman, has increased his participation in the project. This follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, to which RB.RU drew attention. The company did not respond to the publication’s request.

As follows from the data of the Kontur.Focus service, on May 2, 2024, Alexey Perelman’s share in Destra Legal Tech LLC increased from 0.76% to 5.76%, and the share of the co-founder and CEO of the company, Daniil Feldman, decreased from 39.84. % to 34.84%.
In 2021, Alexey Perelman, together with other investors, invested $1 million in Destra Legal. The company then planned to use the funds raised to increase brand awareness and expand the range of cases covered.
Destra Legal is a LegalTech startup that develops an automated service to solve typical online legal problems. The company was founded in 2019 by brothers Daniil and Boris Feldman.
In 2020, Destra Legal attracted its first investments worth $300,000 from four private investors, including lawyer Max Gutbrod, who has been a partner at Baker McKenzie Moscow since 1995 and is now involved in angel investments.
