The crowdlending platform JetLend has expanded its list of founders. Igor Nikolaev entered the capital of the company with a share of 2.33%, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The only company co-founded by Igor Nikolaev is JetLend (Jetland LLC). According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Nikolaev is not the head of any legal entity. In JetLend he received a share that was previously on the company’s balance sheet.
Until 2021, Nikolaev owned an equal stake in JetLend, then he withdrew his capital and in 2024 he re-entered it. RB.RU contacted the company’s general director, Roman Khoroshev, to clarify the details of the transaction, but did not receive a response.
At the moment, the co-founders of JetLend are eight people, the largest part belonging to its co-founders Roman Khoroshev (48.4%) and Evgeny Uskov (20.3%).
JetLend was founded in 2018 by Sberbank people Roman Khoroshev and Evgeny Uskov, as well as Mikhail Nikultsev, who previously worked at Oliver Wyman.
In April 2020, JetLend raised 5 million rubles from three existing business angels and received a valuation of 160 million rubles. In November 2020, the company raised 37.5 million rubles from Skolkovo business school graduates Dmitry Shklyar and Andrey Chernetsov.
