Now the Baby Go line consists of 13 items, which are meat, vegetable and fruit purees in glass containers. The products are intended for children from 4 months. The puree is produced in a baby food factory in Belarus. The quality of the product is controlled in laboratories accredited by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and Belarus.
In the near future, the retailer intends to expand the range of private labels in the baby food category. The category will include fruits and nectars, cereals and fruit bars, cookies, crispbreads and bagged fruit purees. By the end of 2024, the company will introduce about 20 new items.
Detsky Mir completed the transformation process from a public joint-stock company to a private company in September 2023.
The company decided to privatize at the end of 2022. The reason was the pressure of general sanctions, which caused difficulties for some investors when voting at general shareholder meetings.
