Sverdlovsk region is preparing to start production of special equipment for pediatric surgery. There are plans to begin mass production of cranial fixtures and sets for pediatric spinal surgery. This project will be the first such initiative in Russia.
The Medin-Ural enterprise received a concessional lease and has already purchased machines to implement its plans. The amount of investments in the project is 200 million rubles. The company also received the registration certificate for the equipment required for surgical interventions on the skull and face.
Medin-Ural has specialized in the production of medical equipment for many years. Today it plans to open additional expansion and new production facilities. The first batch of machines has already been purchased, which will increase the production volume by half.
