This tip was given not by anyone else but by the company’s founder, Jacen Huang.

In a recent interview with Bloomberg, the NVIDIA executive, along with Dell founder Michael Dell, announced the company’s intention to offer an AI chip for PCs by 2025. Technical details have not been announced yet.

Current generative AI models can run on NVIDIA gaming video chips and professional models with tensor cores. A dedicated AI chip would likely cost less or provide better performance.

It is expected that the technology giant will introduce the new RTX 50XX gaming graphics cards series based on Blackwell architecture by the end of the year.

The emergence of AI processors for home computers can significantly change the market and make advanced AI technologies accessible to ordinary users. It can also improve the performance and capabilities of home computers.
