The SDEK service has encountered a technical failure; Packages are not issued or shipped to avoid errors during manual order processing.
“Don’t worry, your packages are on the way. We cannot accept or issue new ones or those that have already arrived,” this is the message issued by the official SDEK website.
As the company reported to RBC, specialists are working to solve the problem.
“Starting tomorrow, the operation of our order collection points will be restored and we will continue with our work as usual,” SDEK promised.
The press service noted that a detailed analysis of the causes of the failure will be carried out. The day before, when the ruling was just beginning, the company promised to restore the operation of the delivery points as of May 27. As of 10:46 am, this message is unavailable.
This is the second service failure recently. Previously, on April 22, users had problems checking their order status on the SDEK website and app.
UPDATE: 12:44. The company’s press service reported that the cause of the technical problems was a failure in computing power. The service is working to restore operation; SDEK will tell you more about the changes.
