NIO is reportedly working on its first Android smartphone for several months. This seems a bit odd as the company specializes in the design and development of electric vehicles.
Earlier, the CEO of NIO said that the company plans to create and sell only one smartphone model per year. He made it clear that the company cannot be compared to smartphone manufacturers that sell more than 100 million a year.
So far, there is little information about the smartphone. It is known that only Qualcomm chips will be installed, and there will also be 100W fast charging.
