The owner of the mother and child clinics has completed the re-registration process from Cyprus to Russia. MD Medical Group received registration in the SAR of the Kaliningrad region as MKPAO MD “Medical Group Investments”.

MD Medical Group received registration in a special administrative region of the Kaliningrad region as MKPAO MD “Medical Group Investments”. The company’s press service announced the completion of the redomiciliation process from Cyprus to Russia.
Shareholders of the owner of the Materno Infantil clinic chain approved the redomiciliation in February 2024. In May, the Moscow Stock Exchange suspended trading in the company’s shares due to the start of the re-registration process.
Shares of MD Medical Group GDR will be replaced by shares of the new parent company upon completion of registration in the securities registry. The automatic receipt conversion process may take up to 15 days. After all processes are completed, trading in Mother and Child shares on the Moscow Stock Exchange will resume.
