It is planned to increase the financing limit of IT mortgages up to 1 trillion rubles in 2024. This was reported by Kommersant with reference to the deputy director of the department of the Ministry of Digital Development, Alexey Dorozhko.
Previously, the financing limit for IT mortgages was 500 billion rubles. In February 2024, it rose to 700 billion rubles.
The average rate for TI mortgages is 4.2%. Since the start of the preferential program, IT specialists have provided 65 thousand mortgage loans. Banks received more than 170,000 applications for computerized mortgages.
The IT mortgage program has been in effect since summer 2022. It can be used by employees of IT companies accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development.
