The digital twin is already used to analyze changes occurring in the engine during operation. Developers created individual elements of the digital twin for the modernized version of the AI-222−25 and created complex computer models to analyze its operation.
This technology has become an important part of the work at UEC, reducing the time and resources spent on modernizing aircraft engines. The digital twin will be used to create design solutions for the modernization and development of new versions of the AI-222−25.
