The updated Tinkoff brand could pay only 1 million rubles for the new tbank.ru domain. This is evidenced by an archived snapshot of the page.

The two final bank addresses were registered under different legal entities of the group. The first address was received by Tinkoff Bank JSC, and another domain, t-bank.ru, was registered with TKS LLC, the cost of which is unknown.

The company was also considering purchasing the Tink.ru domain, which may indicate that the name “Tink” could become its new name.

The day before it became known that Tinkoff had updated its brand: now the credit institution is called T-Bank. The name change is a new stage in the development of the brand, TKS Holding reported.

All products and services began operating under new names from June 5. Until fall 2024, the company will change the design of cards, the appearance of ATMs, and the design of other elements. The company hopes to use the letter “T” for new business areas in Russia and future international projects.
