Andrey Krivenko’s TealTech Capital increased its stake in online jewelry and accessories store Poison Drop. This follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, to which RB.RU drew attention. The fund’s chief investment officer, Stanislav Novikov, confirmed the transaction, but did not disclose its conditions.

In November 2023, the fund acquired 25% of Poison Drop. According to the Kontur.Focus system, as of June 5, 2024, Tiltech JSC owns 27.5% of Poison Drop LLC, another 0.84% ​​belongs to Hospitality Invest LLC, and 0.83% belongs to Pavel Konicheva. Maxim Penkin’s share decreased from 25% to 23.33%, Irina Mysina – from 25% to 22.5%.

“We are satisfied with the development of Poison Drop’s business, in addition, we bought a stake from one of the shareholders as part of our program to increase participation in the company,” said Stanislav Novikov.

The company did not mention the amount of the transaction, so, according to Freedom Finance Global analyst Vladimir Chernov, it is worth focusing on the weighted average forecast values ​​of experts. The first purchase of Poison Drop’s 25% stake in November last year was valued at 300 million rubles. “Buying an additional 2.5% stake could cost Tiltech JSC 30 million rubles,” he estimated.

Poison Drop was founded in 2013 by Andrey Migunov, Irina Kuznetsova, Irina Mysina and Ruslan Trubchik. In 2023, the company managed to increase revenue to 901.2 million rubles, in 2022 they amounted to 352 million rubles. Net profit last year was 43.8 million rubles, in 2022 – 1.9 million rubles.
