The American company The Coca-Cola Company, which left the Russian market in 2022, filed three trademark applications with Rospatent on April 5: Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta. This follows from the database of the Federal Intellectual Property Service, notes RB.RU.

They belong to classes 32 and 33 of the International Classification of Goods and Services (ICGS): they are soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, carbonated water, etc.
In March 2022, Coca-Cola announced the suspension of its operations in Russia and in June the company announced the cessation of sales and production of its beverages in the Russian Federation.
After this, the number of Coca-Cola analogues in Russia increased by 10%. At the end of July 2022, according to NielsenIQ estimates, 186 cola brands could be found in stores.
At the end of August, Teremok founder Mikhail Goncharov announced that the Russian division of Coca-Cola HBC, renamed Multon Partners, would begin producing the popular soft drink under a new name – “Good Cola.”
