Gazpromneft will open more than 50 self-service gas stations in 12 regions of Russia by the end of 2024, the company announced.

Motorists will be able to pay for fuel, cafeterias and store products on their own.
“The organization of spaces for autonomous purchases at gas stations provides for a greater number of express checkouts. This allows online customers to make purchases faster <…>. The cash register interface also allows you to know the balance of the fuel card and the number of loyalty program bonuses,” the message says.
Gas stations will appear in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Yaroslavl, the Krasnodar region, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, as well as in the Vologda, Sverdlovsk, Nizhny Novgorod regions, the Chuvash Republic and Tatarstan.
It is reported that the first 4 gas stations of the new format in St. Petersburg turned out to be attractive to customers: during peak hours, the share of self-service transactions at them increased from 60% to 80%.
With the help of the ongoing digital transformation, Gazpromneft hopes to increase the operational efficiency of the business, as well as make the service more customer-centric.
