The serial production plant of “Orions” is located in the city of Dubna, Moscow Region. Aleksey Belykh, deputy general manager of the company owner of the Kronstadt group, talked about the increase in the number of shifts at the meeting with the employees of the Dubna Machine-Building Plant.
“The new plant for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles will soon switch to three-shift operation mode to meet the orders received. In this regard, the company “Kronstadt” continues to recruit personnel. Applicants are offered partial compensation for rental housing, transportation assistance, overalls and VHI policies. The company implements mentoring and training programs for young professionals and inexperienced employees.”
