St. The system, developed at the St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, is based on “computer vision” that mimics the capabilities of human perception. Timchenko noted that it is able to quickly respond to emergencies, transmit signals both to housing and communal service centers and to users’ personal devices.

The new development has already found application at the All-Union Research Institute of Television, confirming its effectiveness and potential for further application in a wide range of fields.
