Those who suffer from sleepwalking are adults; “Sleepwalking is extremely rare.” According to the doctor, sleepwalking episodes end around the age of 14 and are very rare in adulthood.
“For example, sleepwalking attacks in children can be triggered by a violation of the routine. They may stay up late, not sleep, or play games late at night. Sometimes this happens because the child is sick, that is, any factor that weakens the nervous system can trigger sleepwalking,” said Poluektov.
