The test bench included:
- Processor i7−13700R (stock);
- motherboard Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus D4;
- data store Patriot Viper 4 Blackout 3600 CL18;
- SSD1 Lexar NM7A1 1TB;
- SSD2 Patriot P300 512 GB;
- power unit Seasonal Focus Gold 850 W;
- frame Cougar Airface Pro RGB.
The tests were carried out in the Cinebench R23 program. Simulates a workload such as rendering a 3D scene (peak load of approximately 260 W). Games were not taken, since the consumption in such tasks was quite low and even the coldest air cooling system could not cope with the i7-13700R.
The thermal paste used was Arctic Cooling MX-4.

Heating results for the cooling systems were almost identical. But you also need to take into account the noise level, and in terms of this indicator, the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III was noticeably better with 41 dB.
The ID-Cooling SL360 only becomes quiet at around 900 rpm. Therefore, it is 35 degrees behind the others. Therefore it is not worth buying.
In general, only the Arctic differs favorably from other models. It managed to score 4.9 out of a possible 5 stars. The rest scored 4.4−4.5.
The best option in terms of LCD turned out to be the ID-Cooling SL360. It has a large screen, many functions, a nice design at an affordable price.
The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III is a good system in terms of noiselessness, price, and availability of cooling for the VRM zone. However, it does not provide anything special in terms of temperatures of the processor cooled in the drain. It is better to take a 42 mm model for installation at 13.900K or 14.900K.
Deepcool cooling systems are average in everything and differ from each other only in appearance and price, but they are noisy.
Gigabyte is well made and produces good results. Overall this is a very balanced product. But it is still difficult to find in stores.
The ID-Cooling SL360 is well made, easy to install and has a great screen for the money. However, it cannot reveal its heat potential due to the fans. For some, it is better to replace them immediately.
Trinity is generally well designed and produces average results. But it still has problems, especially with the pump.
Kraken 360 really disappointed me. Its results are the same as everyone else’s, and it has significant drawbacks (the price is too high).
