Positivo Casa Inteligente launches this Thursday (30) The Smart Keypad, an accessory that works in conjunction with the Smart Lock, was launched earlier in the month.. The new device is a smart numeric keypad wireless that allows you to control the opening of the doors. It can be purchased now, with a suggested price of R$449, and the lock costing R$1,199.

Smart Keypad Connects to Smart Lock via Bluetooth and promises simple setup. It has a metallic gray finish made of aluminum and polycarbonate and a predominant black colour.

The company reports that the device comes with a one-year warranty and comes with a power supply (for charging) and battery to operate, as it does not require a direct connection to power. The product also comes with double-sided fixing tape.

To perform the setup, the user simply needs to fix the Smart Keypad outside the house and pair it with the lock using the Positivo Casa Inteligente app. It is also possible to create and manage access passwords in it.

For familiar users

The company also states that the new product is designed for users who already use digital locks, but also offers a third unlocking option – the other two being a mobile phone and a physical key.

“The main features of this version include registering different users and connecting to several ports from the same device, as well as generating one-time, permanent or dynamic passwords,” says José. Ricardo Tobias in charge of Positivo Casa Inteligente.
