The Tochka business bank has warned of a technical failure in the operation of its services. The company is working to fix the problem.

The organization noted that “many services” are not working due to technical problems.
“The problem occurred in one of the external data centers,” Tochka said in a message on Telegram.
They said they understand customers’ concerns and are doing everything they can to get things back up and running as quickly as possible.
Tochka’s press service later informed RB.RU that they were still working to restore the service.
“Most services have now been restored – customers can perform all operations that were previously unavailable,” Tochka said.
Previously, Tochka experienced a failure in March this year. Then, customers complained en masse about problems with logging into their personal accounts, processing documents, and others.
