Wildberries has registered its corporate color and gradient as trademarks, the site’s press service reported. The marketplace became the first Russian company to receive legal protection for the color gradient.

Rospatent has registered a monochrome violet (Pantone 675C) under trademark number 1023996. For the first time in the Russian Federation, a gradient of violet (Pantone 254C), dark violet (Pantone 2617C) and fuchsia (Pantone 2395C) colors was registered. with brand number 1023991.

After receiving legal protection, the market has obtained the right to use these colours in class 35 of the International Classification of Goods and Services (CIGS), the press service explained.

According to CEO Tatyana Bakalchuk, the logo has changed over the years of the company’s operation, but the purple color remains the same as Wildberries. This consistency led the market to obtain legal protection for the color and its shades, the company director explained.

Previously, Wildberries began using an updated logo.
