Epic Games has revealed that Apple has already rejected its application to bring the Epic Games Store to iOS internationally twice.
Apple cited the similarity in the design of the Install button in the Epic Games Store and the Get It button in the App Store as the reason for its refusal. Apple also stated that the In-app purchases label in the Epic Games Store is similar to the App Store.
Epic opinions call these rejections “arbitrary.” The company has filed a complaint against Apple with the European Commission and has put the store up for sale for the third time. If Apple approves it, Fortnite will be coming to iOS in the next few days.
