Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the S7 Group airline Anton Eremin has become the first Deputy CEO of Whoosh kicksharing. This is reported on the service’s website.

It is noted that from 2000 to 2022 he held the positions of commercial director, deputy general director and later general director. He also served as chairman of the board of directors.

Eremin has also served on the boards of directors of Russian and international companies.

As noted by Dmitry Chuiko, founder and CEO of Whoosh, Eremin’s management experience “will help us confidently navigate future stages of growth in any conditions.”

Following the 2022 IPO, as a result of which Whoosh raised 2.1 billion rubles, Anton Eremin joined the company’s team as an independent director. He will continue to work in this capacity until September.

According to Kommersant, at the S7 Group holding company, which Eremin joined in 2000, he was responsible for building a route network, developing a frequent flyer program and other projects related to business revenue.

In 2016, Eremin took over as CEO of S7 Airlines and in 2021 he assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of S7 Group.
