Russian assets of Austrian company Silgan Holding have been transferred to the temporary management of the Federal Property Management Agency
The shares of the Russian subsidiaries of the Austrian company Silgan Holding have been transferred to the temporary management of the Federal Property Management Agency. Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on this matter.
The department now fully manages Silgan Metal Packaging Stupino LLC, registered in the Moscow region, and Silgan Metal Packaging Enem LLC, registered in the Republic of Adygea.
Silgan Holding produces metal packaging for consumer goods, in particular cans and containers. In 2023, the company’s subsidiaries were not active in Russia. In 2022, the revenue of Silgan Holding’s subsidiaries fell to 3.6 billion rubles from 4.3 billion rubles in 2021.
