Telegram users complained about the delay in sending messages and the inability to upload photos
The first reports of the failure began to appear around 10 a.m. Moscow time on July 11. Some members of the RB.RU editorial team also encountered the problem when sending and receiving messages.
At the time of publication, users complained about the impossibility of uploading photos, videos and voice messages.
One of the latest outages in the messenger was recorded on July 2. At that time, users’ chats were not loading, connections to the server were delayed, and messages were not sent.
Another large-scale failure occurred on June 8. The service was unavailable in many regions of Russia, from the south to the center, where at that time there was a peak in users’ communication activity, which was also encountered by residents of Siberia (Altai Territory, Novosibirsk Region), as well as the Far East; problems.
