Wildberries has made quick order cancellation available to all customers

Wildberries has allowed all customers to use the option to cancel orders immediately after placing them, the exchange’s press service reported.

Previously, only customers who paid for products upon receipt were able to use quick order cancellation.

“Extended options for additional protection against accidental orders allow for reduced logistics costs: an erroneous order will not have to be transported to the pick-up point and back,” Wildberries noted.

A cancel order button will appear in the “Delivery” section. You can cancel an order that has not yet begun to be picked up at the seller’s warehouse or marketplace, or within one hour from the time it is placed.
