As explained by the Deputy Governor of the Tyumen region, Andrei Panteleev, the system will unite five leading universities of the region. Petroleum and gas companies will be able to order direct research and technological solutions. This will help to accelerate the process of bringing innovation to a product finished from an idea.
The new approach will also simplify access to regional and federal support measures. Authorities expect the close interaction of the science and business world to make the Tyumen region more attractive for technological development.
The tump oil and gas cluster combines more than 200 participants from 26 regions of Russia.
