Users Bradesco, Nubank, Neon and Next reported instability in banks’ apps this Friday morning (19). The problem is a result of a cyber glitch that occurred yesterday (18) at cybersecurity company CrowdStrike, affecting various transportation, healthcare, financial, telecommunications and media services worldwide.

To date, Downdetector has detected over 1,000 complaints from the Bradesco app, over 300 from Next and almost 200 from Neon Bank.

On social media, users are claiming that they are unable to log into their accounts or make payments.

Bradesco bank said in a press release that its teams are working to restore the system to normal as soon as possible and that the bank’s self-service terminals are operating normally.
