Perm-based online gaming payment acceptance service Xsolla, which transferred its legal entities in Russia under the control of an American company in 2023, has acquired player recruitment platform LF.Group from the founder of photo publisher Prisma, Alexey Moiseenko.

According to Xsolla President David Strelzer, investing in technology that improves the gaming experience is central to the company’s strategy.
LF.Group CEO Alexey Moiseenko, in turn, announced the joint desire to create a convenient gaming environment for transactions, including messengers such as WhatsApp.
The agreement will allow us to focus on the development of the Xsolla Mall e-commerce solution, with the help of which it is planned to distribute gaming products both through standard platforms and in stores of industry influencers.
LF.Group was launched by Prisma founder and Capture community messenger Alexey Moiseenko in 2022 in London. Other co-founders include Overgear co-founders Dmitry Beseda and Alexander Karetin, and eStreams founder Stas Kapinus.
The service helps players and communities find teammates to play together online.
Xsolla has been around since 2006, the company was founded in Perm, with the main office located in Los Angeles. The company offers solutions for simplified payment acceptance by publishers, developers and distributors of gaming content. Partners include Twitch and Epic Games.
In 2023, Xsolla transferred legal entities in Russia under the control of an American company.
