Wildberries founder Tatyana Bakalchuk announced several appointments at once in the new structure merged with outdoor advertising operator Russ. The entrepreneur also reported on “unverified rumors” in the media and Telegram channels about the company’s development.

On July 4, Wildberries and Russ, as part of the merger process, created a joint LLC RVB with an authorized capital of 20 million rubles.

So, according to Bakalchuk, the company is really making changes, “and they’re all great and awesome.”

Equipment

  • Andrey Dontsov to head joint legal service;
  • Russ’s commercial director, Boris Peshnyak, will take over as general director of the media department;
  • Peshnyak’s deputies will be the director of the Wildberries advertising platform Lyudmila Marlier and the sales director of Russ Yuri Usoltsev;

“It’s great to see how the teams are coming together in the new structure,” Bakalchuk summed up (original punctuation retained).

Earlier, there were reports in the media that several top managers had left Wildberries. Among them was Olga Namova, who previously worked at Magnit and X5 Group. However, the company denies Naumova’s departure.
