Today’s review will be devoted to the Digma Techno urban scooter, which received a folding design, excellent brakes and low weight.

Design
Digma Techno is a typical urban scooter built on a lightweight aluminum platform. The total weight of the scooter does not exceed 6.5 kg, which has a positive effect on operation.
For easy transportation, storage and operation, Digma Techno has a collapsible design. The steering rack is fixed with the help of a special hook and reciprocal ledge on the rear wing. At the bottom of the front pillar there is a flag that you need to press on and then the scooter can be folded.
The lower part of the platform contains a shock absorber for the rear axle and is covered with a plastic shell.
The process of unfolding the scooter is elementary and even an unprepared user can handle it. The steering column is telescopic and can be easily adjusted to fit an adult or child. The minimum height of the stand is 93 cm, the maximum height is 104 cm.
On the front of the scooter there is a metal plate with the manufacturer’s logo, as well as an anther of the front spring shock absorber.
Both wheels are made of polyurethane and imply a ride on a flat surface. The diameter of both wheels is 20 cm. The rear fender not only acts as a fender, but also acts as a main brake when pressed. The total load capacity of the scooter is limited to 100 kg and ABEC 9 bearings are used (the higher the ABEC grade, the higher the quality of the workmanship and polish of the bearing).
A distinctive feature of Digma Techno is a sloped platform, which adds aggressiveness to the scooter. Platform Length: 66cm, Width: 16.3cm.
The steering rack is equipped with a pair of lateral supports for handles with grips when transporting the scooter. As for the grip and width of the steering wheel, there are no complaints here, it is convenient to operate absolutely any rider.
Structurally, the Digma Techno scooter has no obvious flaws, with the exception of a short but wide deck. Therefore, it is necessary to place the legs not one after another, but in parallel. This applies more to an adult cyclist, since teenagers do not have detailed problems. The effectiveness of the rear brake was noticed during the descent of a local mountain called Mashuk, when with little effort the scooter struggles to stand like a stake. The brakes are clearly a strong place for this scooter, which cannot be said about passive safety. For example, the complete absence of reflectors at the front, rear and steps for vertical storage of the scooter.

If we talk about the ride and wobble qualities of the Digma Techno, then everything is pretty good. The scooter accelerates well both uphill and downhill. It is true that I would recommend choosing a surface for movement more carefully, since any unevenness will be given directly to the hands. Well, do not neglect the correct selection of the height of the steering column, and then the load on the shoulder joint will be much less.
May I advise you to buy this scooter? I think so. It doesn’t take up a lot of space, it’s comfortable to travel with and it’s simple, with no electronics and no unnecessary hassles. All connections are made with hex screws, so subsequent maintenance won’t be a hassle. Link to buy.
