• The detained Alfa Nero superyacht, associated with billionaire Andrei Guryev, was sold for $40 million, a figure far below its real value, brokers say. In 2023, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt wanted to buy the yacht for $67 million but turned down the deal.

• Lawyers saw no signs of a raider taking over Wildberries. It is impossible to admit even the theoretical probability of such a scenario, experts noted. Earlier, Ramzan Kadyrov wrote about the “open and brazen takeover of the market by raiders” and promised to “protect legitimate business.” Later, Wildberries founder Tatyana Bakalchuk responded that “this is not a raider takeover, it is a scam,” and her husband Vladislav, from whom Kadyrov learned about the “takeover,” announced his intention to fight for his family.
• Roskachestvo has classified the first beach in Russia: it is called “Mayak” and is located in Sochi. The beach was awarded the first category – the blue flag. “Mayak” has a landscaped promenade area, beach areas facing the sea, availability of sun loungers and umbrellas and a yoga area.
• Russians with low incomes will be able to open social deposits and accounts with a value of up to 50 thousand rubles. The bank will have to set a maximum interest rate based on their income.

• Wildberries has updated its offer for Russian sellers: instructions on labelling and packaging have been added and the list of products whose sale is prohibited has been updated. The site has also updated the rules for users. The company called this a technical procedure.
• Wildberries added to the offer the right to transfer all its rights to third parties. The transfer of rights of Wildberries LLC to the newly created RVB LLC is permitted. 26 companies of Wildberries assets have already been transferred to this company.
• Yandex Market has introduced a new system for online planning of delivery of goods to the service’s regional warehouses. Sellers can now make several shipments at once using a single application. Previously, it was necessary to fill out an application for each delivery.
• Andrey Krivenko’s TealTech Capital fund has consolidated the Noun retailer. On July 9, the 54.5% stake of the company’s founder Semyon Pimenov was transferred to the fund. Pimenov himself claims that he was deliberately deprived of the business, threatening to stop investing in the project.

• VTB will not be able to do without an offer for minority shareholders in the merger of RNKB. The State Duma excluded the corresponding amendment from the bill under consideration. Now the bank will have to offer shareholders who do not agree with the merger to buy securities.
