Dmitry Kim has been working at the Ministry of Digital Development since 2021, before that he spent almost ten years in various positions at PJSC Rostelecom. As Deputy Minister, he coordinated the department’s work in various areas of the communications industry – from regulating the telecommunications market to developing new services and promising technologies.

Ozon has two legal entities. Ozon Holding LLC brings together all of Ozon’s assets and is 100% owned by Cypriot company Ozon Holdings Plc. Internet Solutions LLC is 98% owned by Ozon Holding LLC, which is the main operating legal entity of Ozon, which includes the majority of employees and the majority of the business.

In 2022, Ozon Group CEO Alexander Shulgin left his post and resigned from the company’s board of directors due to sanctions imposed by the European Union and Australia. A year later, an EU court decided to lift the sanctions against the businessman.

After Shulgin’s departure, Alexander Geil became the director of business development of Internet Solutions LLC, Ozon Holding LLC was headed by Sergey Belyakov until July 2024.
