My.Games will sell two of its assets to Cypriot businessman and founder of Broadsmart Group, Pavel Haraneke, according to a statement from the company.

“The solution allows My.Games to fully focus on its core business: developing and publishing games,” My.Games said.

The deal will include two assets: creator monetization service Boosty and streaming monetization service Donation Alerts. The transaction amount is not disclosed; it is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024.

VK sold My.Games to Leta Capital managing partner Alexander Chachava for $642 million in 2022.
