The sorting centre is located at 20 Berezhkovskaya Embankment, building 9, and the inaccessibility is due to a fire in the neighbouring warehouse areas. The service states that it will not take into account “late shipments and deliveries to Dorogomilovo SC” in the quality index.
In the morning, the media reported a fire on Berezhkovskaya Embankment. At noon, the prosecutor’s office reported that the fire, according to preliminary data, “occurred on the second floor of a two-storey building in the warehouse of a commercial organisation” (Vesti).
Some Telegram channels suggested a fire at the Yandex Market warehouse, but it turned out to be a “neighboring site.”
“We are monitoring the situation. We will inform you later what to do with today’s shipments, deliveries and future orders,” they write on the channel for sellers.
