Huawei’s revenue growth came as its net profit fell 18.6% year on year to 35.5 billion yuan due to significant one-time gains from the sale of assets including Honor Device Co. and parts of its server business.
In addition, Huawei’s automotive division showed growth, earning 10 billion yuan in early July, exceeding the combined revenue of the previous two years.
