Roskomnadzor stated that providers who use technologies to restrict access to websites in violation of the regulator’s requirements may lose their licenses.
For violations, operators may be subject to administrative liability (Article 13.45 of the Code of Administrative Offences):
In case of failure to comply with the specified violations, measures will be taken against the violators on the basis of the Law “On Communications” up to the revocation of the license.
