Initially, the start of production of LADA Aura was planned for the third quarter of 2024. Already in 2024, the company plans to produce about 3,000 LADA Aura cars in Tolyatti.

As for the characteristics of the car, it will be an elongated sedan, created on the basis of the Vesta model. The manufacturer calls it an executive car, including for officials. It will also be sold by order of the government. Previously, the Toyota Camry was popular in this segment. Taxis will also operate there, starting from the comfort class.

Aura received a 1.8-liter engine with a power of 122 hp, the car will have an automatic transmission (automatic transmission) and will be sold at a price of 2.5 million rubles in the basic configuration. This time, special attention was paid to the comfort of rear-row passengers. They will receive an additional 25 centimeters of free space. The interior will be made of genuine Russian-made leather. The car will also come with a premium audio system.

Lada Niva is one of the most popular cars in the country. Despite the popular status of a car for travelers, hunters and fishermen, this car leads the list of best-selling SUVs year after year, outperforming both well-known Western brands and new Chinese ones.
