Positive Technologies shareholders approved the first tranche of dividends for 2023. The company will allocate 3.1 billion rubles to payments – 47.3 rubles per share. The volume of the second part of the year’s dividends should be approved in May.

Positive Technologies will allocate 3.1 billion rubles to pay dividends by 2023. The decision was approved by the company’s shareholders, the press service reported.
The registry of persons entitled to receive dividends will be established as of April 20, 2024. Payments will be made at the end of April, the company clarified.
A meeting of shareholders of Positive Technologies will be held on May 14, at which the issue of approving the second part of dividends for 2023 will be considered. Its volume will be 3.4 billion rubles, or 51.89 per share .
“The growth dynamics of the company’s key indicators allow us to increase our dividend potential while maintaining high financial efficiency,” said Andrey Kuzin, COO of Positive Technologies.
After the approval of the second part of dividends, the total amount of Positive Technologies’ dividend payments for 2023 will be 6.5 billion rubles – 99.19 rubles per share.
