Yandex Go has begun offering companies a service that allows them to call a car for a business trip around the city or on a business trip, similar to ordering a taxi, but they will be assigned a car from the corporate fleet. The trip for the passenger will be free of charge, the company’s press service told RB.RU.

The service has already been tested, with several companies taking part with 1.5 thousand corporate vehicles and 6 thousand employee-passengers in different cities.
“In 10 months, the number of trips per company car increased by an average of 1.5 times and the cost of a trip decreased by 30%,” the company said.
The IT solution simplifies the search for a suitable driver and vehicle. Previously, companies had the following scheme: there was a manager who received calls from employees who needed to go somewhere to work and then started calling drivers from the list. With the new solution, all trips in company cars are optimized.
Companies receive Yandex Go for Business software. The administrator can upload lists of drivers and colleagues who need transportation into the system. All orders are accepted and distributed among available drivers.
The service is paid, a monthly subscription for business will cost 100 thousand rubles, connecting 1 car per month – from 1200 rubles.
Yandex Go predicts a severe shortage of taxi drivers by the end of 2024. The reason was the tightening of immigration policy and taxi regulation.
