By the way, this phenomenon occurs because a large cluster of galaxies distorts space and time, thus creating the illusion of multiple images of the galaxy in the background.

Researchers from Saint Mary’s University in Canada say such a rare phenomenon is extremely rare; such configurations have only been discovered a few times in the entire universe.
