Wildberries claims that VB Development failed to fulfill its contractual obligations and owed about 30 billion rubles. Bakalchuk claims that BM did not pay 1 billion rubles to subcontractors for the work performed. In total, we are talking about breaches of more than 60 contracts. Wildberries transferred advance payments to the division, but they did not receive documents confirming the provision of services and completion of work.

The company now requires an accounting of the payments received. There is another option: return the money within five days.

“If the demands set out in the complaint are not fulfilled voluntarily, we have already prepared the appropriate claim documents to return the money to the company,” Wildberries said.

VB Development, as stated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, was founded in 2006, and its sole founder was and remains the husband of the founder of the marketplace, Vladislav Bakalchuk. The division is engaged in the development of construction projects, construction of residential and non-residential buildings, road and courier activities.

In early September, auditors Wildberries & Russ found that the subsidiary VB Development was not fulfilling its obligations. According to the company, these actions undermine the development of the distribution network for small and medium-sized businesses and increase costs for manufacturers and buyers. Therefore, they decided to look for a new contractor for the construction of logo centres in Russia.
